JOIN US THIS SUNDAY AT 10:15AM - We look forward to continuing in our current teaching series, "Sojourners" as we journey through 1 Peter together and learn more about what being a follower of Christ looks like in this sojourn on Earth. 

2024 BUDGET APPROVAL PROCESS – Official members will receive an email within the next week in regards to the 2024 budget proposal. We will have an informal informational meeting on November 26^th from 9:30-10AM in the Community Center preceding our Congregational meeting on December 3rd, in which we will vote on the proposed budget for 2024. All are welcome, and official members are especially encouraged to attend both meetings.

THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE - Dallas Food Bank will be preparing Thanksgiving dinner boxes for up to 140 local families in need that will include a turkey and all the fixings. Would you be willing to donate a few items towards those in need? Here is the list of food needed: Olives, chicken broth, cranberry sauce, instant potatoes, canned corn, canned green beans, boxed stuffing mix, and brownie mix. We will be accepting donations through Sunday, November 12^th!

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD Shoebox Collection week is this Sunday, November 12th through next Sunday, November 19th!  Some fill a box each year,  but if you would like to learn how to fill a box, please find the instructions here. Or contact Debbie Davies at 503-932-2294. Bring your boxes to church or any drop off spot by the 19^th.

• Ministry Team Opportunity - We are planning to do a "packing party" again next year and I am looking for a team member willing to commit 3 hours per month this next year as we prepare for the 2024 collection. **If you have a passion for Operation Christmas Child and our Shoebox collections, please let Debbie Davies know to learn more.

WEDNESDAY MORNING PLAYGROUP - Our Wednesday morning playgroup is up and running! Each Wednesday from 9-11AM we open our church to families with small children to have a dry, cozy play area while adults enjoy a coffee, hot chocolate, or tea. If you would consider helping to serve in this ministry - please reach out to Debbie Davies, 503 932 2294 or debbie@faithchurchdallas.org for more information on available opportunities.
