THIS SUNDAY AT 10:15am- We are excited for you to join us ONLINE or IN PERSON this Sunday, January 31st at 10:15am. We are continuing in our new teaching series through Ephesians, titled, "Walk Worthy." We are learning truths related to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and discovering practical teachings on how to live a life worthy of that life-changing Good News. This Sunday's sermon is titled, “God at Work Today”. We will be in Ephesians 1:22-23. ANNUAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING // RESCHEDULED- Please join us this Sunday, January 31st for an important church family meeting at 1:00 pm. You will need to register for this event again. All active attendees, whether online or onsite, are welcome. Official members are especially encouraged to participate. The meeting will include stories of God's work among us in 2020, our prayerful hopes for 2021, and voting in regard to elder elections. Grant Boustead and Marty Friesen have already served as elders over the past 3 years and now the Elder Team highly recommends and asks your affirmation in re-electing them to a second, 3-year term. If you have a concern about either man or believe there is something that disqualifies them from serving as an elder, please speak privately with that man or another elder prior to this annual meeting. ELDER TEAM ANNOUNCES PASTOR DEREK’S TIME AWAY - This has been a difficult season for each of us as the Faith Church family. Much of the stress has been carried by Pastor Derek and the rest of the Elder Team. Because of this burden, and out of our care for Derek and his family, we are gifting him a season of respite. CLICK HERE to find out how you can join in praying for Pastor Derek and the Olson family during this time.  

UPCOMING GUEST SPEAKER- FEBURARY 7TH- We will have a guest speaker during the worship service on Sunday, February 7^th , Dr. Brick Lantz an Orthopedic Surgeon with Slocum Center in Eugene. (Dr. Lantz was a guest speaker two years ago during our August Guest Speaker Series.)   Dr. Lantz also teaches premed students at the University of Oregon who are part of the Christian Medical and Dental Association.  The title of his talk will be a “Physician’s Prayer.”  He will reflect on the prayer in Ephesians and help us to make it practical.  He will offer us his biblical and professional perspective about how we are one body with Christ as the head and need to support each other, even the least and vulnerable during this pandemic.
