Weekly Update! (5/1)

  • SUNDAY WORSHIP - Go to our Sunday Worship page for links and instructions on how to join us for worship ONLINE each Sunday.
  • MOTHER'S DAY IS COMING & WE NEED YOUR HELP! - In order to show our love for the important women in our lives, we would love to create a special video. We need pics that includes moms of all ages with their kids of all ages. :-) Here's how you can be part of the fun!
  • HOW CAN WE HELP? - If you have a need, your church family is ready to help! Please don't hesitate to let us know if you are struggling and/or in need of help or supplies. Need errands run? Running low on food? Help around the house? We have a list of helpers who are ready to be called into action. If you have a need or know of someone who does, contact Christy in the church office
  • CARING FOR PASTOR WILFRED, VENA & FAMILY - Many of you know Pastor Wilfred and his wife, Vena, from Mercy Ministries in Uganda.  Two weeks ago, we shared this blog update so you would be aware of Vena's recent cancer diagnosis. UPDATE: Thanks to your ongoing, generous financial giving, we were able to contribute to a fund that will assist Wilfred and the kids in returning to the States (once borders reopen) in order to be with Vena while she undergoes treatment. In addition's to their family's needs, their concerns are for the people in their Ugandan church family and community that are suffering, starving and dying due to the COVID-19 crisis. If you would like to contribue to the food delivery system they have put in place, $20 would feed an average family for a week. On the Children to Love website, be sure to designate your gift to Uganda and write a note that your gift is for community food assistance.
  • AN UPDATE FROM FAITH CHRISTIAN SCHOOL! - While school buildings everywhere have closed, distance learning efforts have kept Faith Christian School students learning! Click here to read more.
  • EFCA COVID-19 CRISIS RESPONSE - Faith Church is part of a national network of like-minded churches called the Evangelical Free Church of America. Here is brief video of EFCA President, Kevin Kompelien, on how you can be part of the EFCA's efforts to respond with help for those in need.
