"WORDS TO LIVE BY" — Join us Sundays at 10:15 as we seek God's wisdom for everyday life in the book of Proverbs. We'll find practical guidance for relationships, work, money, emotions, and leaving a legacy while learning to live God's way in God's world. Along the way, we'll see how Proverbs ultimately points us to Jesus, the One who is wisdom.

WE ARE NOT GATHERING ON CAMPUS AUGUST 23! INSTEAD...

BAPTISM & PICNIC IN THE PARK ON AUGUST 23rd - We invite you to mark your calendars and plan to join us for our annual picnic & baptism celebration at Dallas City Park! Please plan to arrive at the lawn area by the footbridge by 11:15am and the worship gathering, including baptisms in Rickreall Creek, will begin soon after that. After that, we will provide a full picnic meal! Donations are welcome. Feel free to bring your family and friends, a beverage and camp chair to join in the celebration and feast! 

INTERESTED IN BEING BAPTIZED? - If you are a follower of Jesus and would like to learn more about the possibility of being baptized on August 23rd, please reach out to a staff person or contact the church office ASAP - info@faithchurchdallas.org or 503-623-8034. RUMMAGE SALE AUGUST 1ST — Beginning at 8:00 AM on the corner of Academy Street & Hawthorne. We are raising money to purchase last minute items for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes and to help pay for shipping. It costs $10 per box to transport them to each child and include printed materials to tell them the gospel story and disciple them after they accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. HOOKS & NEEDLES AUGUST 11TH — We're meeting at 1:30, come in through the south doors. 

Not currently part of Hooks & Needles?  We are a group of Yarn Lovers that get together twice monthly to create hats, prayer shawls, lap robes, etc. Crocheting and knitting. Bring your own supplies or check out our inventory.

SUNDAY HARVEST SHARE — Better is a dinner of herbs where love is… Proverbs 15:17. If you need to pass on the peas (or zucchini, or anything else), share your excess garden bounty with your church family! If you are craving something garden fresh, help yourself for free! The table in the lobby is for you to leave some of what you have too much of, or for you to pick from for your own table at home! Drop off before service, pick up after service. We'll keep the table up as long as our gardens are flourishing!
