What a joyful Palm Sunday! We celebrated the baptisms of NINE followers of Jesus in our church family!

In being baptized, they proclaimed publicly that they have been saved by God's grace through their faith in Jesus Christ. And their baptism also symbolizes their union with Christ by the work of the Holy Spirit... buried with Christ (submersion) and raised (brought up out of the water) to walk in newness of life!

"We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life." - Romans 6:4
