If you regularly attend Faith Church or if you plan to visit in the future, we would really appreciate receiving your feedback via this brief survey. 

As our leaders continue prayerfully seeking God's guidance for how best to proceed, we would benefit from some insight into your readiness and comfort level with resuming church activities IN PERSON at some point in the future. We would also appreciate insights into how you are doing these days.

Let's ask God to help us be a family that focuses on the Gospel and displays love for others. While we may have different opinions, we are united in Jesus! Please know that, as our leaders consider options in the coming weeks/months, they will be seeking how to best glorify God and care for all of us.
